Large glass pieces are encased in a specifically built plywood and wooden framed box, the glass art is packaged carefully using specialised filler foam and bubble wrap.
The glass is held secured in the box by reinforced cardboard to stop any movement to avoid damage during transit.
Smaller items, such as driftwood sculptures or ornaments etc, are packed with care in a reinforced large letter sized cardboard box with bubble wrap and tissue paper.
Although we endeavour to package your order with the upmost consideration for security, accidents do happen. So whether your order has been damaged in transit, rest assured that it is always sent ‘Special Delivery’ (see ‘Postage section’). If your order has been damaged outside of the packaging, we are here to help. Please read the next section on what to do if this happens.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away using our email - beth@wildglass.co.uk
If your order has been damaged outside of it‘s packaging within THREE days of your package arriving, then no need to worry because you qualify for our FREE REPAIR service (not including standard postage charges). But make sure you contact us WITHIN this timeframe because any request made outside the three days (no matter when the damage occurred) will NOT qualify.
If you miss the three days, don’t worry, because we can still repair your order. But there will be a charge, that will be subject to the extent of the damage.
